Can I pay with a check or cashier’s check?

No, all payments are accepted through our online payment processing system. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order altogether, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at 1-800-520-0946. If you don’t contact us right away, your order could have already shipped. Orders ship within 24-48 hours, so it’s critical to contact us right away.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email

A few things could have happened, either the email address had a typo and didn’t make it to your email inbox, or your payment didn’t go through. Please contact our Customer Care team to check on your order and to make sure that you receive a copy of your order invoice.

I shipped my return, when should I expect to get an update about my refund?

For US Domestic orders, shipments can take 3 – 7 business days before they are delivered to our facility. Once delivered to our facility, it takes about 3-4 business days for our team to process your return.

After I place an order, how long does it take until I receive it?

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. At checkout, we offer several shipping options that will provide estimated arrival dates for your order. In general: Free Shipping (4-5 business days), 3-Day Shipping (3 Business Days), 2-Day Shipping (2 Business Days), and EXPRESS (1 Business Day).
